How can a new understanding of leadership be successfully developed and implemented?
Together with Malte Silla, Leadership & Team Development we discussed about how it is possible to develop a modern leadership promise in a large company with over 6,000 employees at Die Mobiliar. Not top-down, but bottom-up in a co-creation approach.
We shed light on what we mean by good leadership, the role of the board and why it is an investment rather than a financial expense. Of course, we also talked about the challenge of implementing the new understanding in a sustainable way and how state-of-the-art leadership training can help.
The podcast is held in Swiss German – which is rare and therefore super authentic! 🎙️
