Client: HSO Services: Future Leadership Duration: 4 months Project Lead: Arno Luginbühl & Amadeo Disasi

Challenge

In order to meet optimally the customer’s needs in future and to offer modern leadership and management modules, it was necessary to complement four existing modules: Leadership, Change-Management & Coaching, Leadership Communication as well as Self-Leadership. Based on the identified necessary competencies, newly developed workshops completing the modules were formed. Afterwards, the workforce was trained and further developed (Train-the-trainer).

Outcome:

  • Four detailed concepts on the topics of leadership and management as well as interactive workshops to transfer the included methodologies and crucial attitudes 
  • Set up train-the-trainer for the internalization and sustainable development of the workshops
