Challenges

The innovative educational concept ipso! experience, which follows a student-centered approach has been implemented group wide. The focus of this strategic initiative is on promoting new learning, providing exploratory learning methods, and fostering free space for students‘ own activities. With the increase in students‘ self-steered activities and more intensive student-interaction this brings an exciting role change for ipso’s lecturers. As their change-partner, we have closely accompanied the organizational change and cultural transformation process!
