Resilience workshops to promote mental health at Inselgruppe

Challenge

In order to strengthen the mental resilience of the young talents so that they can cope with their daily work in a balanced way, an effective workshop from vision to realisation has been developed. The focus was on developing resilience skills and providing practical tools for dealing with difficulties.

Outcome

The apprentices have learnt to…

  • take personal responsibility and learn how to organise and coordinate their daily lives.
  • recognise the importance of meaning in their actions.
  • Increase their self-awareness and self-efficacy and learned to use their resources in a sustainable way.
  • recognise stressful situations in good time and deal with them appropriately.
  • apply a toolbox of practical methods to help them build resilience and deal with difficulites.
  • increase their awareness of emotions and how they arise, and have trained their emotional intelligence.
