Leading through Change: Kitoko People generates leadership study with FHNW

Jasmine Lüthi conducted a study as part of her master’s thesis for FHNW, titled “Leaders in a changing work environment – challenges and coping strategies.” This work, supported by Kitoko People as a practice partner, investigates how leaders adapt to the rapidly evolving demands of the modern workplace.The study focused on the following main question: How do leaders deal with the challenges of a flexible and rapidly changing world?

Furthermore, the study focuses on the following questions:

  • What challenges do leaders experience in a flexible and rapidly changing world?
  • Which leadership behaviors do leaders find particularly helpful in dealing with these challenges?

Study overview

The study combines a comprehensive survey of 90 leaders with nine in-depth interviews with top executives, giving insights on challenges leaders experience in a flexible and rapidly changing world as well as which leadership behaviors do leaders find particularly helpful in dealing with these challenges.
